COACHING LEADERS

 

We will work with you to define the future you aim to create.

A series of workshops will be facilitated to develop a goal alignment structure with supporting visual management and daily routines to embed the continuous improvement culture. Leaders will be coached to embed and lead the process at the front-line.    

A modular approach is adopted and supporting tools are applied to implement, coach and embed the relevant lean principles.
